Renewal management
See what renews and when, record decisions and outcomes, and get in-app reminders before renewals and cancellation deadlines.
Views
- Upcoming: a 60-day timeline of renewals and cancellation deadlines, and a list with expected amounts for the window you choose.
- Calendar: renewals by month.
- Requires attention: renewals without a decision, cancellation deadlines soon, missing dates.
- History: recorded renewal outcomes.
Dates are shown in the workspace time zone.
Decisions and outcomes
On a subscription, set the renewal decision (undecided, renew, renegotiate or cancel), a reviewer from your team directory and notes. Record outcome records what happened at renewal: the next renewal date moves on one period and the payment is recorded.
Reminders
In-app notifications are created 30, 14 and 7 days before each renewal and before cancellation deadlines on auto-renewing plans. Change the defaults in Settings → Notifications or per subscription. Each reminder is created once.
Reminders are created when someone opens the app, and daily when the site operator has configured the scheduled job.
In your calendar: choose Add to Google Calendar (during setup, on the dashboard or under Settings → Notifications): Google asks "Add calendar?", you choose Add, and that's it. Apple Calendar or Outlook does the same in those apps; for anything else, copy your link and add it as a calendar from a URL. Renewals and cancellation deadlines appear as all-day events, with reminders at your reminder windows for the apps that use them. Once your calendar has fetched them, the app shows it as connected. The link works only for you, can be reset at any time, and stops working if you leave the workspace. Google Calendar refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, often every few hours and sometimes only once a day.
