Twenty is an open-source CRM you can self-host to fully own your infrastructure, or run on Twenty's managed cloud. The free self-hosted edition includes all Pro features, community support via Discord and full control over your data.
The code is licensed mostly under AGPLv3, with certain packages under MIT and certain files under a commercial licence. Commercial self-hosted features, such as SSO and row-level permissions in the Organization tier ($19 per user per month), need a licence key; if that subscription ends, those features stop working but your instance and data keep running on your servers.
Self-hosting uses Docker Compose and needs at least 2 GB of RAM. Twenty's paid plans start at $9 per user per month for Pro.
Who's eligible
- Anyone able to run Docker on their own server and accept the AGPL-3.0 terms
- SSO, row-level permissions and audit logs need a paid Organization licence key
