Microsoft offers a free 30-day trial of its Microsoft 365 for business plans. You don't need an existing Microsoft account to sign up: pick a plan on the Microsoft 365 products site and select "Try free for 1 month". Trial subscriptions include 25 licenses for the trial period, and trial tenants are limited to 300 GB of pooled storage across OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
At the end of the trial, the subscription renews to an annual paid subscription by default unless you turn off recurring billing in the Microsoft 365 admin center. If you cancel before the trial ends, your card isn't charged.
