About this offer
Google Workspace for Nonprofits is a no-cost Workspace edition for organizations approved through Google for Nonprofits. Google says organizations can cover up to 2,000 employees or volunteers at no cost, with 100 TB of storage pooled across users. Google's help center notes that new accounts can add up to 300 users and can contact Workspace support from the Admin console to request more. Nonprofits that need more features can move to paid Business or Enterprise editions at discounted nonprofit prices.
To qualify, an organization must be registered as a charitable organization in a supported country or region, be verified by Google's validation partner (Goodstack), meet its country's requirements and accept the Google for Nonprofits Additional Terms of Service. In the US that means 501(c)(3) status (or a group exemption with proven affiliation); fiscally sponsored organizations without their own status are not eligible. Governmental entities, hospitals and health care organizations, and schools and universities are excluded, though philanthropic arms of schools and healthcare foundations can qualify.
