Through Box.org, eligible nonprofits get their first 10 Box licenses free as part of the Starter plan (minimum 3 users). Box says all of its plans are at least 50% off for eligible nonprofit organizations, so larger teams can move to discounted Business plans.
To qualify, an organization needs legal status in its country equivalent to US 501(c)(3) status and must be verified by the TechSoup Global Network or its local TechSoup partner through a Validation Token, which Box says can take 2 to 5 business days.
