About this offer
Atlassian's Social Impact License (formerly the Community License) gives eligible nonprofits and social enterprises 50–100% off Atlassian Cloud. The 100% tier covers Jira and Confluence Standard or Premium, Loom Business or Business + AI, and Teamwork Collection Standard or Premium, free for up to 25 seats billed annually. Seats above 25 are charged with the relevant Social Impact discount, and existing monthly customers need to move to annual billing.
Organizations registered in low or lower-middle income countries can get an 85% Global Access discount on Standard and Premium editions of Atlassian Cloud and Marketplace apps instead of the standard 75%. Atlassian uses Goodstack to verify that organizations are recognized nonprofits in their country of registration (or valid social enterprises under Atlassian's definition), non-governmental and non-political, and decides qualification at its sole discretion.
