About this offer
HeyGen launched HeyGen Voice Turbo, a text-to-speech model, in October 2026. Until November 30, 2026, developers can use it for free by setting the model to heygen-voice-1-turbo-free on a HeyGen speech endpoint. Free requests do not need a credit balance.
The free model works with public voices and HeyGen Voice 1 instant clones. Requests to other models, including the default model and paid Turbo, are still billed, and a free request never switches to a paid model.
Each endpoint allows 30 requests per minute per workspace member by default. All Turbo Free users share a limited pool of capacity, so requests can return HTTP 429 even below that limit, and HeyGen does not guarantee availability, response time or time to first audio for the free model.
