About this offer
Cloudflare's Startup Program awards credits in three tiers. Tier 3 ($10k) is for bootstrapped or self-funded startups with under $1M raised. Tier 2 ($100k) and Tier 1 ($350k) are for startups funded by an affiliated partner, with under $5M and $5M or more raised respectively.
Applicants need to be incorporated within the last 10 years, have raised no later than Series B, and be building a technology product. Credits last one year or until fully consumed, whichever comes first, and some services have their own caps.

- A live website, a public presence on LinkedIn, X or GitHub, and a business email on your domain
- Tier 2 and Tier 1 require funding from an affiliated partner
- Educational institutions, personal blogs, consultancies, service-based agencies, MSPs and resellers are not a good fit

Terms and restrictions
- Credits are valid for one year or until fully consumed, whichever comes first
- Upgrading tiers does not reset the 1-year program expiration date
- One-time opportunity per startup; credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- R2 is covered up to a $10,000 cap and Workers AI is capped by tier
- Domain registration is excluded; AI Gateway is temporarily not covered
