Canva for Nonprofits gives eligible organizations one team of up to 50 users for free. The team gets the premium features of Canva Pro along with Canva's team and collaboration tools. Organizations that need more people can add seats at 50% off Canva Enterprise.
The program is for registered nonprofits, NGOs and social impact organizations with clearly stated charitable missions. The organization must be officially registered as a charitable nonprofit (such as a 501(c)(3) in the US), independent from government and not run for commercial profit. Government agencies, political organizations, educational institutions, for-profit companies, most other 501(c) types and grant-making foundations are not eligible.
Applicants submit Canva's nonprofit application form and complete verification. Canva's help center says it replies by email, typically within 72 hours, though verification can take longer. Country-specific requirements and required documents are listed in Canva's eligibility guidelines.
